A hidden gem
It's a tragedy that so few people have seen this. It's absolutely hilarious. If you ever come back, I believe a third one would be in order.

Wholly underwhelming
A handful of sprites fading to black, cut to sprites shooting lasers from Megaman games, all set to J pop/rock. This is not an interesting way to present your ideas.
Also, sprite fights as a whole are incredibly overdone. Unless your "fight" flashes will offer something new, I advise against contributing to the disease. This trailer tells the viewer nothing about the series except that it will involve overused sprites from a handful of games fighting each other. On that note, I may be wrong that the series will offer nothing new, since there is nothing to deduce from the trailer. From what I can tell though, this looks to be a painfully generic sprite brawl.
As to the author comments - saying only flash artists can properly criticize your work comes off as sort of holier-than-thou. I sort of see the point you're trying to make though. For the record, I've got over 40 flashes and a good deal of awards, so I know what I'm talking about.
Try a different approach for flashes before you dig yourself in a hole and end up with the wealth of other sprite fight animators. Create a story beyond "guys punch other guys". Create some original graphics while you're at it, as most people are tired of seeing the same damn sprites over and over. Good luck.
Technically not a flash but I'll make an exception
;) just kidding!
Entertaining enough, and a good advert for the upcoming tank awards. Very nice special effects too, with P-Bot and all that chocolate syrup.
It's great to know that the owner of this website takes the time and effort to offer input into the community, while offering up entertaining content as well!
A nice flash, and congratulations to the lucky recipient of that tank!
Very cool
First of all, fantastic use of fbf. Most fbf animations on Newgrounds are a bouncing squiggle having a seizure while music from the latest Madness cartoon plays, but this was leaps and bounds better than that.
Great choice of music, and really smooth animation. Good use of colors too.
I'm also annoyed at myself for being unproductive, but I don't think I could make an end product as stylish as this! My only complaint would be that it isn't terribly long, but at least it still gets it's point across.
Great work, hope you get more out there soon!
Bold, solid.
First off - I have to praise you on having pride in your faith here on Newgrounds. You're probably going to get loads and loads of abuse from the racists and prejudiced, but it's worth it to get your message out.
It's rare to see someone showing pride in who they are without putting everyone else down. For example: I'm atheist, but I'm not going to go around actively bashing everyone who isn't. It's nice that you can show pride in your beliefs without being a bigot, something very few people can do.
On to the flash itself - the graphics were solid, and the animation was good too. However, some people looked a little wonky and didn't always move quite right, sometimes seeming sort of stiff. Maybe that's part of the style, but it's not enough to greatly detract from this flash.
Great work, hope to see more from you soon.
One of my favorites
I love all of your work, Cat Face included, and this one is no exception. I saw it on your website a while ago, and it's nice to see it here on Newgrounds. My favorite is the first one though, just for how strange and unexpected it is.
Great work, hope there's a 5th one coming out!
A fitting end
It's nice to see two of the most underrated artists on Newgrounds get together and make such a quality flash - it's great to see you two collaborating!
Graphics were a huge leap forward from the past entries in this series as well. Also, excellent soundtrack choices.
A true epic of the times. I really hope this gets the attention it deserves.
Submitted to the "serious shorts" and "Madness" collections.
oh man your the coolest, if only there was some way we could hang out and be frineds
Honestly? I like it more than the game!
First off, I loved the style. Looked like an Awesome cartoon, but more fluid and a little more detailed. The jokes were fast and hilarious, and justify the "Left4Speed" name. It might be a little too fast sometimes, but that's inconsequential given the overall quality of the flash.
The pace of it was about as fast as it is in-game. Things are going too fast to really react sometimes, and before you know it shit gets crazy. Nice play on the characters too.
Keep up the great work, hope to see more from you soon!
Art was poor, writing excellent.
At first I thought basically what the executive at the end thought "Oh great, another zombie flash" with the poor art, terrible dialogue, and ridiculous situation. Only when one character said something like "I'm pulling this katana out of my pants" did I realize this flash for what it is: solid satire.
Incredible so-bad-they're-good one liners really got this flash going, and the sense of humor is what kept it moving. The art and animation were stiff and sloppy, but I think that really lent itself to the humor. Nice jabs at Madness and stick figures by the way.
The bit on how to get on the front page was depressingly true. At least they weren't sprites though, right? Work on your art next, as the writing is already rock solid. Keep up the good work!
As a user of VLC, I loved this
Simple, clean, but good looking graphics, and excellent voice acting really made this stand out. Always love to hear Egoraptor's work, Awesome series or not.
I had problems getting Windows Media Player codecs way back when, and the lack of such led me to VLC. I think for people without it this will be a whole lot less funny, but I loved it.
Great work, hoping to see something more substantial in the future. These trailers are funny, but it always helps to have something with a little more meat to it. Keep it up!
I'm Camtoons. I make cartoons. That's not confusing or anything.
