Nice

Really liked the style - drawn out faces but only outlined torsos - looked good. Song fit perfectly, there's really nothing I can say is wrong with this movie.

Good test

Looks pretty good, i like the use of transparency and glowing and such. the art was good, but the animation was kind of sparse. if you had a bit more movement in the characters themselves (not just still images bouncing about) and had them follow some sort of story, you could have something great.
but as for a test - i'd say this was good. i really look forward to see where this goes.

Funny!

First of all - 10 for sound based solely on the fact you have "always look on the bright side of life" in it.
The graphics, although sticks, were fairly well animated, and the backgrounds looked good. Pretty good animation, i'd like to see what you can do with more complex characters

I like the art style and animation, kind of reminds me of Stroker and Hoop.
Also, the cheesy Iron-Maidenish band doing the themesong kicked ass!

I know it's intentionally bad...

But that still kind of makes it bad... there's the kind of bad that's like powered by the cheat, where it's just inept, then this kind of thing, which is really annoying. the "so bad it's good" aesthetic is hard to get down, plain and simple.

Nice little backstory

I saw the madness mafia animation you made, and this is a good prequel for it. The music made it kind of funny, and some of the art was a little crude. Pretty good animation

I have no idea what was happening

I honestly had no clue what was happening. The characters looked a bit like powerpuff girls from hell, but they didn't do much but float there. I'm guessing English isn't your first language, judging by the bad grammar, but that's not really a problem.
Anyway, I will say this: you have some potential. for a first animation, this wasn't too bad. Your art isn't dreadful, but you do need some sort of story to drive it. keep it up and you could have something good
