Some pointers
it began reaaaally slow. the opening credits were way too long - it may have been a joke that they were that long, but it was still laborious to sit through. The animation itself was entertaining. environmentally conscious, and rather funny - i liked the posessed radio and how he kept using bigger and bigger weapons on it. the animation was a little jerky, but the art was decent. i'd say it's a solid first effort, and your next could be even better.

sense a kind of don hertzefeldt influence. loved the whole thing, the toast, slightly retarded square guy thing, etc.
simple graphics really worked for it, made it all the funnier.

Funny stuff, I really loved the "APRIL FOOLS" shots of the dog screaming. Your art was pleasant - would have been nice to have some backgrounds though. Also, the choice of music was a little odd, but I love that song so it's not really a problem.
Also, torching an orphanage? Classic.
Hope to see more in the future!
You're good at the 3D program...
...But not that great at flash. The big 3d environment and lasers looked cool, and reminded me of parts like that in the Resident Evil games and movies. However, the sticks, especially up close, looked pretty bad. Also, you need to get a preloader so the flash file can load all the way - the song didn't come in until the animation was pretty much over. Having it run through would have been nicer.
Anyway, you have good 3d skills that could make something good - you just need to work on flash skills now.
Dug the style
You have the noir look down pretty well, down to environments and dialogue. The art is alright, but the sound quality is pretty bad. Also, the voices sound a bit young, at least for gritty, smoking private eyes.
A good effort either way, should end up with a decent score.
A little rough, but definitely good
First of all - good flash. Not amazing, but good. Your art is pretty okay - definitely not groundbreaking, but better than alot of the other stuff in the portal. Sound was good - the Terminator music fit pretty well with the kind of apocalyptic wasteland environment. Voice acting wasn't too bad either. You seem like you could make a fairly decent series out of this, and like you have some talent.
Make more, you'll only get better.
(P.S. - I'm a bit of a zombie fan myself; I've got my own tribute to em in Dawn of the Jeb. Always good to find other zombie hunters out there.)

Animation was a bit limited, as you said, but the art was really cool. It was simple and looked good, and the song (really cool song, might i add) went along great with the animation.

Your animation was good. REALLY good. Excellent use of 3D - didn't look gimmicky like it does in most other animations. I really liked the palette of colors being so dark and depressing - it really looked great.
Only complaint was too much text at the beginning (uninteresting to look at) and using movie quotes for dialogue is corny.
Superb animation though.
thanks for the good review =) i was going to add a voice for the start but i desided to leave it because i feelt that a voice over would make the music lose its momentom
