practice!

i can see you're still fairly new to flash, so i'll give some advice -
first, you seem to have a better grasp on animation than many other early animators do. keep picking at it, and get it smoother, with more motion.
second - avoid the timeline effects! i saw you used that explosion effect 2 or 3 times, and that always looks bad. i've used em before, they were awful to look at, and make the whole thing look amateurish.
third - don't do the squeaky voice thing. it's just annoying, and most other users will think the same.
anyway, all i can say is to keep trying, and keep animating - you'll get better eventually, but you just need practice!

wonderful

first of all - love the style. nothing else out there looks or sounds like this animation. the art was so stylized and looked so good, and the audio was great - voice acting, music and all. to top it all off, the whole thing was hilarious!
can't wait for more!

anime cliches aside, not bad

your animation was pretty nice, the fbf was smooth, and the whole thing looked good. get past the same-old-same-old anime conventions, and you could have something even better.

when i started watching, i was kind of "meh"

but things just started to ramp up and it got back to the series' trademark fast pace and hilarious jokes. absolutely loved it - i know its supposed to be the last one, but if you ever make another one, i'm sure it'll be even better

not the best of the awesomes...

but still pretty funny! i thought the awesome crossing one was the best of the three.

wow

i gotta say the clown slaughtering innocent people bugged me a little more than it should have (no clue why... might have been the sound effects or something) that was probably the best looking and one of the smoothest animated animations i've ever seen. effing beautfiful, and great work too.

impressive

definitely one of the most brutal NG submissions i've seen... anyway, good animation and killer art - the only thing i'd work on is the music - all of it fit the animation, but the cuts between the songs were kind of stark and not very smooth. all in all, a damn good submission though!

MakoSucks responds:

Yeah I rushed on the sound in the end. But when the zombie reloads his gun and the music switches as if he is changing cds was awesome wasn't it? Thanks for watching!

NICE!

that was fantastic... that was metallica's version of the ecstacy of gold, if i'm not mistaken? it synched up perfectly with every part of the animation, and came out amazingly.

anyway, great animation, and an inventive take on the western genre! never seen the two worlds of madness and cowboys collide, but i like it!

great

although i do prefer the earlier parts before it gets a little too anime-rific. the whole thing is pretty much fantastic, however. the animation is blistering, the art is fantastic, and the direction was fresh and intense. i remember seeing a trailer a while ago with these characters, and i was really hoping that the final animation for them would be good... safe to say, this anim blew me away. great work!

fantastic

i liked that you took the madness style and really made it your own - more color, great atmosphere, solid voice acting and some fine animation. i really hope you continue this series, and can't wait to see what else you can do.

Alpha-Nuva responds:

Thank you. Those four qualities were my top priority. Animation may have been slightly shy of it's goal, but I'm glad you liked it. <3

I'm Camtoons. I make cartoons. That's not confusing or anything.
