A little rough around the edges

But damn good for a first flash. As I said, it's a little rough, and outlines should be either fleshed out or eliminated.
Reminded me a bit of Frank Miller's stuff, with the black and white and just a dash of color.
Cool stuff.

Yet somehow enjoyable. Proof that good art isn't needed to make a good flash. Great humor too.

Good, but...

...for some reason I couldn't get into it. The art and animation were great, and they fit the song very well. Still, something about it kept me away.
Nice work anyway, and I hope you have more stuff underway.

Great

My only complaint was that there was alot of buildup and backstory for not too much actual story, but it was the first episode, so the backstory worked. Good call on putting it into video format, since it was really graphics intensive and i know my computer wouldn't handle it. Also, the Doom 3 audio clips in the opening were a nice touch.
Can't wait for episode 2!

Good stuff - not much in the way of animation, but it didn't really need much. The story book style worked, and the whole thing was pretty hilarious.

But so short...
Absolutely beautiful visuals, and most of the animation was pretty smooth. Violence 2 for the tears of blood and humor one for the kitty thing at the preloader

Not bad

Pretty good job - a bit too much tweening here and there, but the frame by frame stuff was fantastic. It synched with the song well, and some of your own touches (stuff not in the song) like the piano floating with the upside down balloons was cool stuff.
Look forward to more!

Cheers! The frame-by-frame lineart stuff was my favourite too. I'm doing a video for a radiohead song next and it's going to be alomst entirely lineart- in COLOUR, no less. It's ambitious but I can dig it.

fantastic

Absolutely loved it - fluid animation, genuinely funny humor, and it actually almost sorta kinda in a tiny way made sense. A nice surprise, to say the least.

entertaining little animation there. i'm sure more people will say the same, but you need sound. even background music would have made this animation much better. good effort though, i look forward to more of your submissions in the future
