As far as improving goes - I'd try not to hold back when recording dialogue. Don't be afraid to yell and shout; could have made your toon even funnier!

gotta say i really enjoyed it. that's some absolutely dry, mundane stuff about the difference between yams and sweet potatoes, but for some reason it was hilarious... that and the fight at the end was pretty sweet... or pretty yam. what have you.

you made something typically seen as mundane and dull (animating) and made it fun to watch, with really catchy, cool music, those flashcard dealies, and the little green text in the top left of the screen.
also, the "days of our lamps" thing was hilarious!
great seeing what goes behind your work - that and it must be fun collaborating with someone that closely on a flash. i work almost exclusively alone and i admit it can get rather dull...
anyway, good work!

the jokes in this were pretty funny, really like the chaos marines making snow angels. you've just gotta work on the art. even if you make simple charicatures of the armies (like i did in my SRM40k animation) you'll get your point accross much better. you've got a great start, just keep working on the art and animation!

that was really terrible. it was about 3 seconds long, and had no semblance of story or plot. also, the graphics were equally bad, i couldn't tell what was going on, and until you said "don't throw bricks at people" i had no clue what the red squares were meant to represent.
keep working, try to make an animation with some meaning behind it next.
also, the song is "hair of the dog" by Nazareth.

kinda silly, not terrible, but better than most peoples' third (or fourth!) animations.
also, weird isn't technically bad!
and a sidenote - at the end you said "Misirlou - rayman raving rabbids soundtrack" - it's actually by Dick Dale and his Deltones, some classic surf music right there, goin back to the 60s. I suggest you seek it out :)
get to doing more original artwork as well, rather than cut out photos. that's the quickest way to get good at flash :)

not that bad... but not really good or original. it was a bit funny sometimes, but it was pretty shoddy. develop your own style with your next animation, just imitating others won't get you far.
keep working.
